Advanced Level Boot Camp
Cardio and body weight fitness training at a higher level. Provides greater cardio fitness and muscle toning for those who are already fit. Requires ability to run, jump and do prolonged cardio and body weight resistance activities.
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 7 p.m. and Saturdays, 7:30 p.m. all year long
Cost: $4 per class (join at anytime)
