West Bridge is a drug and alcohol free campus. The use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol is prohibited. Each event is responsible to make sure all areas used, including restrooms, are cleaned and trash is put in dumpster. We ask that groups please stay within the areas they have reserved. Food and open drink are only permitted in the Fireside Room, Gym, and Kitchen. *Red and purple drinks are not allowed anywhere. *Balloons are not permitted in the gym area. They must remain in the Fireside Room only. The event contact person should be present during the entire event and will be accountable for the groups' activities. The building is to be locked and all lights turned off at the end of an event. West Bridge Church is not responsible for lost or missing items.
I agree to release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue West Bridge Church or any service provider of West Bridge Church, from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, demands, or causes of action, except in the event of gross negligence of West Bridge Church, that may arise from or be related to any loss, damage, accident, illness, or injury, including death, which may be sustained by myself or my guests while attending the event at West Bridge Church.
